Chymoresk is situated in St. Ives Bay enjoying superb views from St. Ives across to Godrevy Lighthouse. It has the most glorious 3 mile stretch of golden sands backed by sand dunes, cliffs and caves - ideal for exploring. We are approximately 150 yards from the beach.

This is the ideal property for either a small or large family who enjoy relaxing or activity based holidays alike - including walking, surfing, bird watching or just watching the sun go down.

We are close to all the local attractions including St. Ives and the Eden Project.

FIRST FLOOR
LOUNGE
From the hallway, balustraded stairs lead to the spacious and comfortable lounge with large sliding patio doors that open onto the balcony.
 
 
Splendid views can be enjoyed from the lounge and front balcony. This is the actual view from the lounge.

As you can see it has glourious views across the beach & sea to St. Ives.

A side door leads to a further wood decked sun balcony with patio furniture for those "alfresco" meals.
 
 
The lounge consists of a 3 seater & 2 seater sofa and armchair. There is a large television & DVD player, a sideboard with mini hi-fi, telescope & numerous pictures for home comforts.  
 
KITCHEN
Chymoresk has a well designed modern kitchen/dining room, fully fitted with top quality appliances including integrated fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven & hob, microwave and all the things you would associate with a top quality kitchen in your own home.
 
 
DINING ROOM
The dining room has a dining table and six chairs and adjoins the kitchen area. There is also a high chair available free of charge.
 
 
GROUND FLOOR
Entrance into a large hallway, leading to three well presented bedrooms:

MASTER BEDROOM
The master double bedroom has its own spacious en-suite that consists of bath with overhead shower, WC and basin.
 
 
The master bedroom consists of double bed, double wardrobe, chest of drawers & bed side cabinets. There is a flatscreen television with freeview and the room is completed with local artists pictures.  
 
BEDROOM 2
This is the second double bedroom with double bed, double wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinets and a portable television. Local artists pictures are throughout.
 
 
BEDROOM 3
This is a twin bedded room with wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet and portable television.

All beds are made up for your arrival.
 
 
BATHROOM
This spacious bathroom has a bath, separate double shower, basin and WC. It is what you would expect from a 5* property.
 
 
UTILITY ROOM
The large utility room with is complete with automatic washing machine and tumble drier. It has its own sink unit and worktops and houses the boiler for the central heating.
 
 
OUTSIDE
Chymoresk has its own private enclosed lawned garden, detached garage and additional off-road parking.
 
 
PLEASE NOTE
This property has oil fired central heating throughout and is included in the price.

The price is also inclusive of all heating, electricity, bed linen and towels. There are no extra costs.

LOCAL AREA
Walkers can enjoy the beach walk to Godrevy Lighthouse, while birdwatchers will be fascinated with the RSPB nature reserve on the Hayle Estuary.

Hayle town has many shops, pubs and restaurants to suit all tastes and is an ideal base to visit the many other interesting towns and villages that Cornwall has to offer. Newquay, Penzance and St. Ives are all within easy driving distance. St Ives can also be reached by the coastal train from Lelant which is well worth taking and is said to be one of the most scenic train journeys in Europe.

West Cornwall Golf Course (overlooking the sea) is less than 2 miles away. Chymoresk is 150 yards from 3 miles of golden sandy beach. 250 yards from the nearest pub and 100 yards from the nearest shop.
