Gulls Roost was totally refurbished in 2006. Gulls Roost is in an elevated position enjoying glorious sea views. It is approached by steps to take in the wonderful sea views.

most stunning views possible - you won't need to explore Cornwall because you won't want to leave the cottages!!
Our final property is located in sought after Carbis Bay with its own beach and is just a mile from bustling St Ives.
