The rear entrance (with video entry-phone system) leads into a hallway and through to the comfortable lounge.

Here you can enjoy the peace and tranquility of the golden beach ideal for bathing or visit the hustle and bustle of St. Ives which is situated just one mile south along the coast.
St. Ives can be reached by taking a relaxing scenic 3 minute train ride from the local station, or by strolling along the coastal footpath taking in the views on the way!
Carbis Bay is close to a variety of pubs and restaurants and is ideally located for visiting the many treats on offer to you in this beautiful part of the country.
All the accomodation is on the ground floor with disabled access to rear of property if required.
